Naveen Rastogi is the founder and Principal Consultant of 3P Composites, LLC.  Naveen earned B.E. from Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh and  M.Tech.  from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, India in Aerospace Engineering. Subsequently, he earned his  Ph.D. in Aerospace engineering from Virginia Tech, USA in 1995. Naveen has been associated with composites since 1981 and has witnessed tremendous growth in the application of composite materials touching all aspects of human lives 

Dr. Rastogi has been working for past thirty-nine years in industry and academia and  is a Subject Matter Expert in the composite materials and structures. Naveen has diverse experience in various aspects of composites which includes fundamental research, aircraft production and assembly,  and development of innovative structural solutions for application of advanced composite materials. He has collaborated with and mentored many engineers in both industry and academia
